This tiered classroom style training room provides a perfect space for seminars, events with speakers, and of course, training! There are two large, mounted televisions for easy presenting with video conferencing available to sync your home trainees to the in-person classroom. The tiered aspect of the room ensures every participant has a clear view of the screens and the presenter at the front of the room.

- Technology Available: The room has a Cisco universal Polycom system for you to easily connect with meeting attendees or clients virtually using any meeting platform. Connection is with HDMI and USB (adapters for non-compatible computers not provided).
House Rules
- 1. Business hours are 8am to 5pm. A friendly reminder will be given 30 minutes prior. All meeting room users must be out of the room by 5pm.
- 2. After hours reservations are available upon request with 48 hours notice and confirmation of staff member availability. Additional costs apply.
- 3. Do not unplug any connected cables or devices without authorization. If you are experiencing tech issues, please notify your centre manager.
- 4. Please note the cancellation policy of your room to avoid charges.
