Technology Available: Option 1: The space is a fully integrated Teams Room (not compatible with other platforms), it is stand-alone system meaning you don't even need your computer, the touch screen IPAD allows you to host, join and share content wirelessly, making it easy to connect with your clients anytime anywhere. Option 2: An HDMI and USB are available to plug into the TV’s and Polycom system with your computer for any hybrid platform.

House Rules

1. Business hours are 8am to 5pm. A friendly reminder will be given 30 minutes prior. All meeting room users must be out of the room by 5pm.
2. After hours reservations are available upon request with 48 hours notice and confirmation of staff member availability. Additional costs apply.
3. Do not unplug any connected cables or devices without authorization. If you are experiencing tech issues, please notify your centre manager.
4. Please note the cancellation policy of your room to avoid charges.
5. Check-in at reception is required.
6. Do not move furniture without authorization.
7. Please keep the room clean and orderly, otherwise a cleaning fee may apply.
8. A restoration fee may apply in the event of property damage.
9. Missing items will be automatically charged back to the individual who reserved the room.
