This beautiful soft wooden boardroom provides a wonderful space for meetings with whiteboard walls and two mounted televisions for easy presenting. Soundproof light fixtures and ceiling panels allow you to enjoy the meeting space with no outside noise transfer. The gorgeous greenery at the back of the space spans the window, creating a "breath of fresh air" feel, while also overlooking the courthouse.

- Technology Available: Option 1: The space is a fully integrated Logitech Polycom compatible with Teams and Zoom, it is stand-alone meaning you don't even need your computer, the touch screen IPAD allows you to host, join and share content wirelessly, making it easy to connect with your clients anytime anywhere. Option 2: HDMI is available to plug directly into the screen, and a Meeting OWL can be rented at an additional cost for hybrid meetings.
House Rules
- 1. Business hours are 8am to 5pm. A friendly reminder will be given 30 minutes prior. All meeting room users must be out of the room by 5pm.
- 2. After hours reservations are available upon request with 48 hours notice and confirmation of staff member availability. Additional costs apply.
- 3.Do not unplug any connected cables or devices without authorization. If you are experiencing tech issues, please notify your centre manager.
- 4. Please note the cancellation policy of your room to avoid charges.
