At the Lumi Experience we specialize in revolutionizing event experiences with our advanced hybrid technology and expertly designed spaces. While we also support meetings/events in our larger meeting room (100 capacity) such as Hybrid AGMs, Investor Days, Town Halls, etc. we also support Boardroom rentals that come with two breakout rooms. State-of-the-art boardroom (25 person capacity) comes with Teleconferencing setup (Teams, Zoom, Webex), plugs for charging devices in the table, and up to 3 monitors (two on wall and one mobile). We also can offer two versatile breakout rooms (5 and 15 person capacity) which comes with a Printer. All rooms have windows with a panoramic city view. We have onsite AV support staff and Customer Success Manager to help coordinate any catering requests.
