This classroom style training room provides a perfect space for seminars, events with speakers, and of course, training! The tables can be rearranged to accommodate other setups (groups / pods, boardroom, square etc.). The room is equipped with a projector for easy presenting along with 2 large wall mounted whiteboards. Technology Available: The room has a projector with HDMI connection (adapters for non-compatible computers not provided).

House Rules

1. Business hours are 8:30am to 5pm. A friendly reminder will be given 30 minutes prior. All meeting room users must be out of the room by 5pm.
2. After hours reservations are available upon request with 48 hours notice and confirmation of staff member availability. Additional costs apply.
3. Do not unplug any connected cables or devices without authorization. If you are experiencing tech issues, please notify your centre manager.
4. Please note the cancellation policy of your room to avoid charges.
5. Do not move furniture without authorization.
6. Please keep the room clean and orderly, otherwise a cleaning fee may apply.
7. A restoration fee may apply in the event of property damage.
8. Missing items will be automatically charged back to the individual who reserved the room.
