The tables can be rearranged to accommodate other setups (groups / pods, boardroom, square etc.). The room is equipped with a projector for easy presenting along with 2 large wall mounted whiteboards. Technology Available: The room has a projector with HDMI connection (adapters for non-compatible computers not provided).

  • 1. Business hours are 8:30am to 5pm. A friendly reminder will be given 30 minutes prior. All meeting room users must be out of the room by 5pm.
  • 2. After hours reservations are available upon request with 48 hours notice and confirmation of staff member availability. Additional costs apply.
  • 3. Do not unplug any connected cables or devices without authorization. If you are experiencing tech issues, please notify your centre manager.
  • 4. Please note the cancellation policy of your room to avoid charges.
