House Rules

  • • 🔒 ACCESS: Clients only have access to the space during booked hours. Any early departures/late arrivals will be subject to additional booking fees. Setup, teardown, and cleanup time must be factored into booked time.
  • • 🧼 CLEANING: A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was in when they entered it. This includes removing any equipment or decor within the booked time.
  • • 🚗 PARKING & DELIVERIES: Any parking and deliveries/dropoffs outside booked hours must be approved and arranged in advance.
  • • 🙅‍♀️ PROHIBITED ITEMS/ACTIONS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. This includes the use of smoke/fog machines, which can set off the alarms. Additionally, we do not allow for glitter or confetti due to cleanup an environmental concerns.
