House Rules

  • Extras: A flat fee of $25 grants access to use the 4K projector, Apple TV 4K, 120" screen, and Android box. Kindly note that pre-approval is required for utilizing these amenities.
  • Space Condition: We expect the chair and space to be left in the condition it was found. A $50 re-organization/cleaning fee will be charged for spaces not returned to their original state.
  • Damages: Misuse, damage, or theft of any items will incur replacement costs plus an administrative fee charged to your credit card.
  • No Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the rented space or anywhere within the premises.
