Technology Available: The space has a fully integrated Cisco Zoom Room (not compatible with other platforms), it is stand-alone meaning you don't even need your computer, the touch screen IPAD allows you to host, join and share content. The TV also has HDMI compatibility so you can present your materials easily from your laptop.

- 1. Business hours are 8:30am to 5pm. A friendly reminder will be given 30 minutes prior. All meeting room users must be out of the room by 5pm.
- 2. After hours reservations are available upon request with 48 hours notice and confirmation of staff member availability. Additional costs apply.
- 3. Do not unplug any connected cables or devices without authorization. If you are experiencing tech issues, please notify your centre manager.
- 4. Please note the cancellation policy of your room to avoid charges.
